Ordering & Prints
What kind of prints do you sell?
All prints are giclée fine art photo prints on Lustre paper — a premium semi-gloss surface with rich color depth and a subtle texture that reduces glare. Every print is produced by Prodigi, our print-on-demand partner, and made to order.
What sizes are available?
We offer five sizes: 8×10, 11×14, 16×20, 20×30, and 24×36 inches. Not all sizes are available for every photo — the photographer's original file must be high enough resolution to print at quality. Sizes that aren't available for a given photo are grayed out on the listing.
How long does shipping take?
Most prints are produced and shipped within 3–5 business days. Delivery typically takes an additional 2–7 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — Prodigi has print facilities around the world, so your print is produced close to you. International shipping times and costs vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.
Can I return or exchange a print?
Because every print is made to order, we don't accept returns for change of mind. If your print arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days and we'll arrange a replacement at no cost.
For Photographers
How do I sell my photos on All Good Prints?
Create an account, then go to Upload to add your photos. We use the GPS coordinates embedded in your JPEG or TIFF to place your photo on the map — or you can enter a location manually. Once uploaded, your photo goes through a brief review before appearing on the site.
How do I set my price?
You set a markup amount on top of our base print cost. For example, if you set a $40 markup and the base cost for an 8×10 is $6, buyers pay $46. You earn 80% of your markup on every sale.
What resolution do I need?
For the smallest print (8×10 at 300 DPI), your photo needs to be at least 2400×3000 pixels. Larger sizes require higher resolution — we check this automatically when you upload and show you which sizes are available.
What file types are accepted?
We accept JPEG and TIFF files. We recommend uploading the highest-quality file you have to unlock the most print sizes.
How do payouts work?
Photographer payouts via Stripe Connect are coming soon. When live, your earnings will be deposited directly to your bank account on a rolling basis.
